Product Description of Freezing Mixer

Introduction:
This machine is designed and manufactured for aminoplast powder production. Its operating principle is to disperse and stir the material fully while heat exchange to make interior quality even and make it fine and loose.
According to different usages, we manufacture two types of freezers which have same appearance but respective unique structures of internal agitator:
1). Freezer for first procedure (Freezing Tank): It is mounted between kneader and dryer for loosening and cooling. It is a necessary equipment for processing melamine powder. Better effect will be achieved if cooling water passes the jacket. Even though there is UF1P powder, loose material and even grain still can be achieved with this machine, which can ensure transparency and fluidity of material.
2). Freezer for next procedure(Ribbon Blender): It cools and fully stirs material to ensure consistency and continuity, and has partial function of ball mill. Some factories produce large quantity products with this machine instead of ball mill, which has large output and high efficiency.
