Specification of High Efficient Fluid-bed Dryer

Description: When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of machine by the induced-draft fan and pass through the screen plate of hopper. In working chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative effect . The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw materials are dried quickly. The structure of fluidization bed is round so as to avoid dead corner. Inside of the hooper there is a stir in order to avoid agglomeration of raw materials. The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. In this way it is very convenient and full. In general the drying time is 20~30 minutes.
