Under the great pressure in modern society, a lot of women tend to feel tired every day, but they don't know what the real problems are. According to American experts, there are mainly six factors which may cause fatigue on women.
1: Heart disease
If you always feel extremely exhausted after cleaning the room, gardening or doing continuous work, then you should be careful to heart disease. Experts point out, many women don't know they have suffered from some heart disease, while heart disease is one of the leading causes of female death. If they can realize and treat heart disease as soon as possible, the fatigue can be alleviated.2: The intake of excessive caffeine
In order to refresh the mind, a lot of people love to drink coffee and coke. But for women, if they take in too much caffeine, it can cause opposite effect, and lead to fatigue and sleepy feeling. If women often feel tired, then they should drink less coffee and tea, and eat less chocolate.3: Food allergy
Food can provide energy to human body, but if the body is allergic to some kinds of food, then people will feel sleepy and tired during the whole day, which are the early symptoms of food allergy. In such a case, they should eat less or don't eat those foods which may cause food allergy.4: Urinary tract infection
If women suffer from urinary tract infection, they will also have some tiredness feeling. In most cases, urinary tract infection is caused by the bacteria in the urethra. It can be cured through oral antibiotics. After a week, the fatigue will disappear.5: Hypothyroidism
If you feel lazy and depressed, then you probably have suffered from hypothyroidism. According to the statistics, after women have turned 60 years old, nearly 20% of them would suffer from fatigue because of thyroid dysfunction. At this time, they can supplement relevant hormone, which can improve the function of thyroid and relieve fatigue.6: Anemia
Anemia can decrease the content of hemoglobin, while hemoglobin is responsible for the transformation of oxygen to different parts of the body. When there is not enough oxygen in the body tissue, people will feel tired. Women in menstrual period or postpartum are very likely to suffer from anemia. In addition, lack of iron, folic acid or vitamin B12 also can cause anemia. In such a case, they had better eat more spinach and red meat, which can improve the condition of anemia amd eliminate fatigue symptom.
