  • Nowadays, in order to have healthy and fit skin, more and more women rely on cosmetics. However, few of them realize that some chemical substances in cosmetics may be harmful to their skin. In fact, there are many pure natural cosmetics in our daily life, and that is food. 

    1. Carrot
    Carrot is a nutritious food which contains plenty of carotene. Apart from eating, it can also be used for our skin care. First, you can mash fresh carrots and squeeze out carrot juice. Apply the juice on your face several times in the morning and evening. After it is dry, tap your face lightly by a handkerchief coated with vegetable oil. What's more, drink a glass of carrot juice every day. It can remove the freckles on your face and make your skin white and smooth.

    2. melon
    Please do not throw away the peel after you eat watermelon. It can be used to scrub the facial skin. Then wash your face clean with water after a few minutes. If you keep this habit for a long time, your facial skin will become white and delicate.

    3. Pineapple
    If your facial skin is rough, you can use cooked pineapple juice to scrub your face. With time going on, it can not only clean and moisturize your skin, but also can prevent papula.

    4. Beet
    People with pale skin can cut beet into slices and rub them on the forehead and cheek. When the beet juice becomes dry, cover a thin layer of cream on the face. It can make the skin become ruddy.

    5. Tomato
    Put one or two tomatoes into a bowl and mash them. Squeeze out the juice with a spoon, and add in a little honey. Apply the juice on your face and arms. Twenty minutes later, wash it clean with water. You can try this method several times a day.     6. Residual wine
    Do not throw away the rest wine after drinking. Scrub the face with residual wine. It can moisten your skin.

    7. Cucumber
    For people with dry skin, they can apply cucumber juice on the skin every morning before washing face. It can fade away the black spots on the face. You can mash cucumber and squeeze out the juice, then apply it on the face, once a day. If you keep this habit for a long term, it can reduce the wrinkles on your face. What's more, you can also mash the cucumber with milk together, and apply the juice on your face every two days. It will make your skin smooth and white.

    8. Rose
    Soak dry rose in hot water, and drip a few drops of olive oil in it. Apply the rose petals on your face. It will make your skin appear smooth and moist.
