  • Women always try their best to beautify the skin. Generally speaking, the skin problems mainly include oiliness, dryness, the sediment of pigment and the accumulation of toxins.     The skin can be hurt by the oxidation. Therefore, women should frequently eat the foods which contain the anti-oxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E. Anti-oxidants can destroy the free radicals inside the human body which can accelerate the aging and endanger the human health. For example, green cauliflower can keep the skin elastic and enhance the ability of anti-oxidation. Spinach and cabbage contain abundant anti-oxidants which can effectively treat the pustules and wounds. Except intestinal tract, the liver should also be cleaned. It is beneficial for women to maintain the adequate sleep, and women should fall asleep before 11 p.m. in the evening, as the liver begins to repair itself at 11 p.m. at night. Then the toxins can be removed in time and the sediment of pigment can be hindered.

    In short, the external protection can not deal with the skin problems completely. The internal recuperation is the key of improving the skin and solving various skin problems. Women should enhance the internal adjustment so as to beautify the skin effectively.
