Guangdong Zhongcheng Chemicals Inc., Ltd is a joint-stock enterprise covering the textile, pulp and paper, food, detergent, and kaolin clay industries. It is founded in 1993. Now it has three major manufacturing bases in Dongguan, Guangdong and Zhuzhou, Hunan by acquisitions of Hunan Zhicheng Chemicals Co. Ltd (formerly Xiang Dan Industry Co. Ltd), (2003), Hunan Zhongcheng Chemicals Co. Ltd (formerly Zhuzhou Sodium Hydrosulfite Manufacturing Co. Ltd) (1998), Dongguan Zhenhua Drum Manufacturing Co. Ltd (2003).

Its main products include Sodium hydrosulfite and Hydrogen Peroxide. Sodium hydrosulfite is exported to over 60 countries with a total annual capacity of 200,000MT which accountes for about 40% of the world's capacity.
