In summary, we prepared magnetically nanoparticles Fe3O4
by core–shell method in excess PEG as the protective sig-
nifcant advantages of the nanocatalyst consist of the short
reaction time and high yields of products, recyclable catalyst
at minimum six times without decrease in catalyst activ-
ity. This nanocatalyst is an efcient heterogeneous catalyst
for the synthesis of dispiro-cyclopropanes from the one-pot
response of Meldrum’s acid with various aliphatic and aro-
matic aldehydes and BrCN in the presence of triethylamine.
