A new pyridine derivative, 4-aminopyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, was isolated from Clitocybe acromelalga, and its structure was determined by spectral and synthetic methods. - Keywords: Clitocybe acromelalga; Tricholomataceae; Basidiomycetes; 4-aminopyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid.
