ACYCLIC DITERPENES AND SESQUITERPENE LACTONES FROM MONTANOA TOMENTOSA SUBSP. TOMENTOSA

The aereal parts of Montanoa tomentosa subsp. tomentosa afforded, in addition to the known flavone salvigenin, and the sesquiterpene lactones zoapatanolides A, C, D and pumilin, two new acyclic diterpenes, zoapatols A and B as well as a new guaianolide, zoapatanolide F.The structures were established by spectroscopic methods and some chemical tranformations.
