We have synthesized 3-(o, m or p-substituted benzylidene)isoindolinone and 3-(2-o, m or p-substituted phenylethylidene)isoindolinone, which possess inhibitory activity for thromboxane A₂ analog (U-46619)-induced vasoconstriction.
