Three new diarylheptanoids, rhoiptelols A, B and C, were isolated from the leaves and fruits of Rhoiptelea chiliantha. Their structures including absolute configurations were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. The chemotaxonomy of Rhoipteleaceae is also discussed.
