Two sila-bicyclic derivatives were synthesized from 1,3-cyclohexa and octadienes according to the following original route: {A figure is presented} Otherwise the silylation of cycloheptatriene led to: {A figure is presented} This last corresponds to a sila analog of tropadiene. All the synthesized products are new compounds.
