Tree peptides corresponding to the partial sequences of troponin I (positions at 101 - 109, 110 - 115, and 101 -115) were synthesized in a combination of the 'hold-in-solution' method and the usual liquid phase method.The synthesized pentadecapeptide inhibits actomyosin ATPase in an about 30percent activity of the intact troponin I on a molar basis.
