A series of 33 N-(2-chloroethyl)-N-nitrosocarbamoyl derivatives of N-substituted glycosylamines has been prepared and tested for antitumor activities. The compounds were obtained by reaction of glycosylamines with isocyanate followed by nitrosation with N
