The reaction of 2,3-di-O-acetyl-1,4,5,6-tetra-O-(methylsulfonyl)-myo-inositol (1) with sodio-adenine in HCONMe2 for 24 h at 100 deg gave, in 53.7percent yield, the title compound, whose structure was ascertained by physical methods.Other parallel, seconda
