catalysts (0.72 and 0.73 mmol g−1, respectively).
We further performed different proportions of large‐scale
asymmetric epoxidation reactions with α‐methylstyrene as
substrate and m‐CPBA as oxidant. The large‐scale
experiments could be facilely carried out according to the
same procedure as for the experimental‐scale reactions. The
catalytic activities are shown in Figure 5. Notably, superior
catalytic performance could still be maintained for the
large‐scale reactions even when the scale is 200 times as
much as the experimental scale.

In general, the catalysts consisting of Jacobsen's catalyst
anchored onto ZnPS‐PVPA are efficient for the asymmetric
epoxidation of unfunctionalized alkenes with good to
excellent dispositions. Moreover, the heterogeneous catalysts
could still retain high atom efficiency after recycling for nine
times and show superior activities in large‐scale reactions.
However, the asymmetric induction is low in some cases.
Further optimizations and investigations of the scope and
the mechanisms of the supported Jacobsen's catalyst for the
asymmetric epoxidation of alkenes are in progress.
