Molecular docking of the E. coli and the synthesized cip-
rofloxacin derivatives showed that the docking energy of
the CFE4 ligand was the highest. Also, it was found that
there are two types of interactions between the E. coli and
the derivatives, H-bonding and VDW interactions.
