It was shown earlier [1, 2] that О-silylure-thanes
can be obtained via N-siloxycarbonylation of nitrogen-
containing compounds.
Carbon dioxide/hexamethyldisilasane [3] or carbon
dioxide/silane hydride [4] systems were used as an N-
siloxycarbonylating reagent.
