Analysis of MS-EI spectra, registered in the tem-
perature range 150–350 ꢀC confirms the formation of
the [Ti-(l -O)] rings stabilized by carboxylate bridges

in the structures of all the studied compounds. Results
of MS-EI experiments are presented in Table 6. Mul-
tinuclear titanium species were detected below 200 ꢀC,
which indicates partial decomposition of these com-
pounds at lower temperatures. The characteristic

useful for their transport in the gas phase. That factor
may be important for application of these compounds
as precursors in the chemical vapor deposition meth-
ods. Comparison of 1–3 MS data showed that the
