cakes with InCl and TlCl were investigated for the first
time by means of Raman spectroscopy.
(2) The formation of Me2MCl6 (M = Zr, Hf; Me =
In, Tl) complex compounds in all binary systems was
estimated.
(3) Essential difference in behavior of ZrCl4 and HfCl4
under the investigated conditions, namely the formation
of InHf2Cl9 and TlHf2Cl9 compounds and the absence
of chloride complexes with the same stoichiometric
composition in the systems with zirconium tetrachloride
were revealed.
