quinazolinone tautomer stabilized by amide resonance

The measured weak NOE interaction between the
quinazolinone NH and the H-8 protons indicates that
the 4(1H)-quinazolinone tautomer is measurably popu-
lated under the applied conditions.

features the use of an o-methoxybenzylalcohol linker
and palladium complexes supported by new phosphine
ligands as well as the use of a huge number of commer-
cially available building blocks. The library obtained
was characterized by HPLC-MS and NMR
spectroscopy.
