cm resolution. These spectra have been analyzed and the
derived rotational parameters are in good agreement with the
other hypohalous acids. Finally we have commented on an
empirical relationship linking the quartic centrifugal distor-
tion constants for all the hypohalous acids and also those for
HOD.
