25163-93-3 Usage

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 25163-93-3 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 2,5,1,6 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 25163-93:
(7*2)+(6*5)+(5*1)+(4*6)+(3*3)+(2*9)+(1*3)=103
103 % 10 = 3
So 25163-93-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Merging Halogen-Atom Transfer (XAT) and Copper Catalysis for the Modular Suzuki-Miyaura-Type Cross-Coupling of Alkyl Iodides and Organoborons

Zhang, Zhenhua,Górski, Bartosz,Leonori, Daniele

, p. 1986 - 1992 (2022/02/01)

We report here a mechanistically distinct approach to achieve Suzuki-Miyaura-type cross-couplings between alkyl iodides and aryl organoborons. This process requires a copper catalyst but, in contrast with previous approaches based on palladium and nickel

Electrochemically Enabled, Nickel-Catalyzed Dehydroxylative Cross-Coupling of Alcohols with Aryl Halides

Li, Zijian,Sun, Wenxuan,Wang, Xianxu,Li, Luyang,Zhang, Yong,Li, Chao

supporting information, p. 3536 - 3543 (2021/03/08)

As alcohols are ubiquitous throughout chemical science, this functional group represents a highly attractive starting material for forging new C-C bonds. Here, we demonstrate that the combination of anodic preparation of the alkoxy triphenylphosphonium ion and nickel-catalyzed cathodic reductive cross-coupling provides an efficient method to construct C(sp2)-C(sp3) bonds, in which free alcohols and aryl bromides - both readily available chemicals - can be directly used as coupling partners. This nickel-catalyzed paired electrolysis reaction features a broad substrate scope bearing a wide gamut of functionalities, which was illustrated by the late-stage arylation of several structurally complex natural products and pharmaceuticals.

Ni-catalyzed reductive decyanation of nitriles with ethanol as the reductant

Wu, Ke,Ling, Yichen,Sun, Nan,Hu, Baoxiang,Shen, Zhenlu,Jin, Liqun,Hu, Xinquan

supporting information, p. 2273 - 2276 (2021/03/09)

A nickel-catalyzed reductive decyanation of aromatic nitriles has been developed, in which the readily available and abundant ethanol was applied as the hydride donor. Various functional groups on the aromatic rings, such as alkoxyl, amino, imino and amide, were compatible in this catalytic protocol. Heteroaryl, benzylic and alkenyl nitriles were also tolerated. Mechanistic investigation indicated that ethanol provided hydride efficientlyviaβ-hydride elimination in this reductive decyanation.

INHIBITORS OF INDOLEAMINE 2,3-DIOXYGENASE AND METHODS OF THEIR USE

-

, (2020/03/23)

There are disclosed compounds that modulate or inhibit the enzymatic activity of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds and methods of treating proliferative disorders, such as cancer, viral infections and/or inflammatory disorders utilizing the compounds of the disclosure.

Overcoming hERG activity in the discovery of a series of 4-azetidinyl-1-aryl-cyclohexanes as CCR2 antagonists

Zhang, Xuqing,Hufnagel, Heather,Markotan, Thomas,Lanter, James,Cai, Chaozhong,Hou, Cuifen,Singer, Monica,Opas, Evan,McKenney, Sandra,Crysler, Carl,Johnson, Dana,Sui, Zhihua

supporting information; experimental part, p. 5577 - 5582 (2011/10/09)

A series of 4-azetidinyl-1-aryl-cyclohexanes as potent CCR2 antagonists with high selectivity over activity for the hERG potassium channel is discovered through divergent SARs of CCR2 and hERG.

Convenient preparation of cyclic acetals, using diols, TMS-source, and a catalytic amount of TMSOTf

Kurihara, Masaaki,Hakamata, Wataru

, p. 3413 - 3415 (2007/10/03)

With use of diol, alkoxysilane, and a catalytic amount of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf), carbonyl compounds are converted to acetals in good yields under mild conditions. This procedure, which was carried out without synthesizing the silylated diols, is a more convenient adaptation of Noyori's method. This acetalization applies to not only simple but also conjugated carbonyl compounds. Moreover, various TMS compounds, including solid supported compounds, are effective for this method instead of alkoxylsilane.

1,3-Dioxolanes from carbonyl compounds over zeolite HSZ-360 as a reusable, heterogeneous catalyst

Ballini, Roberto,Bosica, Giovanna,Frullanti, Bettina,Maggi, Raimondo,Sartori, Giovanni,Schroer, Frank

, p. 1615 - 1618 (2007/10/03)

Carbonyl compounds are converted, in good yields, into their 1,3-dioxolanes over zeolite HSZ-360, as a new reusable catalyst. Good chemoselectivity is also observed.

Facile Procedure for Acetalization Using Diols, Alkoxysilane and a Catalytic Amount of Trimethylsilyl Trifluoromethanesulfonate

Kurihara, Masaaki,Miyata, Naoki

, p. 263 - 264 (2007/10/02)

In the presence of sec- or tert-alkoxysilane and a catalytic amount of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf), carbonyl compounds react with various diols to give acetals in high yields.
