Six new diterpenoids of the rare phyllocladane (13β-kaurane) type have been isolated from Plectranthus ambiguus. Their structures were determined on the basis of their spectral properties and by correlation with 16R,17-dihydroxyphyllocladane-3-one (calliterpenone).
