    Osmotic coefficients for aqueous (lithium sulfate + cesium sulfate), (sodium sulfate + cesium sulfate), and (potassium sulfate + cesium sulfate) at 298.15 K have been measured isopiestically. Parameters of Pitzer's model have been calculated from these measurements. The predicted solubility for the above mixtures using Pitzer's approach showed good agreement with experimental results. 3Li2SO4 · Cs2SO4 · 2H2O and Li2SO4 · Cs2SO4 were found to crystallize from (lithium sulfate + cesium sulfate)(aq) at 298.15 K. Based on solubilities, calculated activity coefficients, and measured enthalpies of solution of crystalline compounds, the following thermodynamic quantities were determined: ΔfGmo/(kJ·mol−1)ΔfHmo/(kJ·mol−1)Smo/(J·K−1·mol−1)3Li2SO4·Cs2SO4·2H2O(cr)−5805.5±2.3−6392.8±0.6610.1±8.3Li2SO4·Cs2SO4(cr)−2668.7±1.4−2900.4±0.6335.6±5.2
