Eight peptoids have been synthesized as peptidomimetics of the cytostatic DOLASTATIN 15 (cas 123884-00-4), a depsipeptide isolated from the Indian sea hare Dolabella auricularia. The compounds have been tested against several human cancer cell lines and did not show any cytostatic properties.
