Readily available selfresolving myo-inositol D-camphor 2,3-monoacetal is converted into the title inositol phosphates by the concise procedures utilizing 1,4,5-selective tris-acylation and 1,4-selective bis-silylation of the starting tetrol in the key steps.Selective tris-acylation and bis-silylation of 1 are the key steps in the presented syntheses of myo- inositol phosphates.
