Antibiotics anticancer drugs

Antibiotics Anticancer drugs is a class of antibiotics on killing tumor cells, is a cell cycle non-specific drugs. According to the mechanism of action it can be divided into two categories:
1. the drug cross-links with DNA directly, destroying the structure and function of DNA and preventing DNA replication, such as mitomycin, bleomycin and so on.
2. The drug embeds DNA, interfering template function and inhibiting RNA synthesis, such as actinomycin D, daunomycin, and doxorubicin and so on.
