Aurora Kinase Inhibitors
Aurora kinase inhibitors are a class of compounds that target Aurora kinases, a family of serine/threonine kinases crucial for regulating various aspects of mitosis. There are three main members of the Aurora kinase family: Aurora A, Aurora B, and Aurora C. These kinases play pivotal roles in spindle assembly, chromosome segregation, and cytokinesis during cell division.
