Product Description of GK Peeler Centrifuges

How to Work:
Peeler centrifuge can continuously work and intermittently filter. It is either automatic control or manual control. The whole process of operation including materials feeding, separating, cleaning, dewatering, discharging and filter cloth recycling can be achieved at full speed. Single cycle of processing materials is shortly but with large quantity. The solids cake can be well dried and cleaned.

GK series peeler centrifuge is widely used in such industries as chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical, starch, etc. It is suitable for separating suspension containing large-size or medium-size or small-size particles, such as sulphuric ammonia, carbonic ammonia, PVC, modified starch, etc.

1. It has applied PLC program control. (PLC & touch screen are both optional parts). Programmable setting, automatic operation without operator attention, computerized, convenient operation and repairs.
2. Electric- hydraulic automatic control.
3. Independent electric control panel can control remotely.
4. Safety protection: Rotation rate detection, vibration protection (optional part), protection when opening the lid (optional part), coptional overload and overheat protection for the motor, dual control with both mechanical and electrical for scraper.

6. Leak-proof structure with silicone rubber or fluoroelastomers seals.
7. Independent hydraulic system can be installed separately, convenient to repair.
8. Hydraulic coupling for transmission of power (for the model above GK1250), smooth startup well protects the motor not to damage from overload, and simplifies the routine maintenance.
9. The components directly contact the separating materials are made of stainless steel, highly improves the anti-corrosion performance and meets the hygiene standards.
