  • Babies Should Not Often Drink Milk
  • I always see mothers choose milk in the supermarkets. At the same time, their babies are sitting in the shopping cart. I notice that many babies have rash on their faces. Actually, these babies are allergic to milk. Doctors tell us that babies should not often drink milk.

First of all, many people, especially babies, are allergic to the protein in milk. Protein is usually considered to be a strong point of milk. It is helpful to our health. Unfortunately, many babies are not suitable to drink milk. The intestines and stomachs of babies are not mature enough. When too much protein enters their bodies, they would feel ill. More specifically, protein would decay and produce toxins in the intestines. Meanwhile, left protein, allergen and toxins would enter the blood vessels and cause many serious diseases. For example, some babies have dermatitis or snuffle. More severely, some babies would be poisoned and even suffer from diseases such as tympanitis, diarrhea, bellyache or corprostasis. It is reported that milk top the chart of food allergy.

Secondly, 90% of adults have a disease called lactose intolerance. In other words, most adults are in need of enzymes to digest milk. When lactose combines with casein in infants, milk can be digested by a certain combination of lactose and clabber. But when teeth start to come out, babies are not able to produce such a combination.

Thirdly, the protein in milk is bigger and dense than that in breast milk. As we know, there is nearly 82% of casein in milk. This casein, though nutritious, is difficult to be digested by the immature intestines and stomachs of babies. As a result, some babies would have dyspepsia and diarrhea. Milk never leads to problems for ox because they have four stomachs.

Fourthly, the structure of protein in milk is rather different from that of breast milk. The 82% casein helps the increase of weight, but plays little importance in the development of brains. As a result, babies who drink milk are heavy and seemingly stronger, while babies who are fed with breast milk is indeed strong and flexible.

In addition, the content of albumin in milk is much less than that in breast milk. Scientists hold the view that albumin is useful in the growth of brain and improves the immune system. It is essential in the development of babies. Moreover, a large amount of taurine and lecithin would accelerate the growth of brain. Comparatively, milk is lacking in these kinds of nutriment.

In a word, milk is not that good for babies. If breast milk is unavailable, goat milk is preferred because it is more similar with breast milk. And it is not easy to cause allergy. Besides, the protein in it is much smaller and easier to be digested.
