    Many women don't like to eat red meat. However, the iron contained in red meat is the basic component of red blood cells. It can provide enough oxygen to all the human organs. Iron deficiency can lead to anemia and fatigue. The best sources of iron are animal liver, red meat, mussel and so on.

    Fifthly, nuts are energy supplements.
