Water shortage will make the updating process slower in your body, and the metabolites can not be discharged out from the body, which will affect the cleanliness of the cells.     Therefore, people have to discharge at least 1000 ml dirty water every day (through urination or perspiration), so as to maintain the normal function of human body.     Firstly, drinking a glass of water in the morning is beneficial to our health. It can not only clean the intestines and stomach, but also can make you wake up quickly.

    Secondly, when you drink water, you should first have a sip of water in your mouth, keep it for a while, so as to let the internal organs of the body adapt to the temperature of the water.

    Thirdly, it's better to drink much water after strenuous exercises or in summer and winter, so as to maintain skin elasticity and delay the formation of wrinkles.

    Fourthly, it's right to drink plenty of water. But it is not recommended to drink too much at a time. You should drink it slowly and repeatedly.

    Fifthly, do not drink water two hours before going to sleep, in case it will cause eye puffiness.

    Sixthly, do not forget to use cosmetics to supply enough water to your skin.
