Bad habits of the diet are the primary reasons for people’s obesity. The key to lose weight successfully is to get rid of these bad habits as follows.
The first bad habit is never to have breakfast. No breakfast can not only hurt the stomach, but also accelerate the aging. It is easy for people who do not have breakfast to fall into lassitude. Mostly, these people take the method of eating more to gather their energy, which will finally result in obesity unconsciously.
The second bad habit is to prepare supper sumptuously. The content of in the blood reaches its highest level at dusk. Insulin can transform the blood sugar into fat solidified on the wall of blood vessels. If people have supper sumptuously over a long period of time, they will become fat. In addition, a sumptuous supper can also destroy the normal biological clock and make people insomnic.
Drinking coffee too much is another bad habit leading to obesity. Excessive coffee intake easily makes people suffer from heart disease. Coffee contains caffeine in high concentration, which will change the heart functions and increase the cholesterol in the blood vessels. What’s more, drinking too much coffee can also affect the working efficiency.
Many office ladies make use of fruits to replace stable food in order to lose weight. However, the experts do not agree with such a kind of behavior at all. Although fruits contain rich vitamins and sugar, they lack lots of protein and some trace elements needed by human bodies. The imbalance of nutrition is easier to cause the hoarding of fat.
Having lunch in a rapid speed can also cause obesity. Most of the clan in the office have their lunch hurriedly. Thus, the food can not be chew fully, which affects the preliminary digestion of the food in the mouth and ptyalin and increase the burden of the stomach. The time of chewing is so short that the vagus nerve is still in an exciting state, which can cause an excessive exciting appetite and further cause obesity.
Box lunch is also one of the reasons causing obesity. Box lunch is too greasy and its taste is a little strong. In addition, many chemical seasonings are probably added in box lunch. Therefore, we should avoid box lunch as much as possible.
It can be said that many bad habits of the diet are the reasons for obesity. We can not lose weight successfully until these bad habits are gotten rid of.
