- Three Taboos in the Morning

Many people have attempted various ways to achieve the best effect of health care. However, the best effect is rather difficult to reach. In fact, many behaviors we do not notice in our daily life have greatly affected the effect of health care. There are three kinds of taboos in the morning which seriously affect the human health.
The first taboo is not to sleep too long. It can not be ignored that adequate sleep can help people relieve fatigue and regain energy. However, adequate sleep does not mean a long time sleep. Many people think that more sleep is beneficial to the human health, and the real sleep time is much longer than the time we really need. In the morning, the indoor air is rather muddy with a large number of bacteria, carbon dioxide and dirt, which is harmful to the human respiratory system and sometimes even to the memory and hearing. In addition, after a long sleep, people have always been hungry. But if people sleep too long, breakfast must be deferred, which is easy to cause many diseases like gastritis and gastric ulcer. Therefore, it is important to maintain a good habit in everyday life.
The second taboo is not to do strenuous exercises immediately after getting up. Many people have the habit of doing some exercises in the morning after they get up. However, the exercises must be moderate and before doing that it is better for people to have a short rest. If people do not make any preparation for the exercises, it is possible for people to get diseases like heart disease and cerebrovascular disease.
The third taboo is to have breakfast. According to the nutrition experts, breakfast is the most important one among three meals. After getting up, people have prepared to deal with a whole day’s work. Therefore, it is important and necessary to have breakfast. Without breakfast, serious danger will be produced. The first danger is the appearance of hypoglycemia. The nutrition inside the human body has been nearly consumed at night and the concentration of blood sugar is rather low. Without the supplement of breakfast, the concentration of blood sugar will be further lowered to cause look pale and limbs weak. Memory can also be affected by too long sleep. According to the experts, the energy of the brain comes from glucose which can just accumulate in liver and kidney for only 8 hours. If people sleep too long and can not have breakfast in time, the energy of the brain will be inadequate to cause the memory poorer and poorer. Therefore, the time and quality of breakfast must both be concerned closely.
Many small behaviors in everyday life are the taboos which threaten our health in nature. People must pay attention to these taboos so as to keep healthy.
