    However, not all the kinds of fish are suitable for children to eat. Children should at least avoid eating shark, saurida, sailfish, marlin, tilapia, tilefish and catfish. The content of mercury contained in these seven kinds of fish is much higher than that in other fishes. An Excessive content of mercury absorbed by children can seriously affect the children's normal growth.
