- Four Groups of People Should Not Eat Too Much Fish

Autumn is a good time to supplement nutrition for people who are physically weak. Fish is one of the best aquatic products for the supplementation of nutrition. Fish is not only very delicious, but also has a high nutritional value. The protein content in fish is 2 times than that in pork, and it is a kind of quality protein, which is easy to be absorbed by human body.
There are various kinds of nutrients contained in fish, such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin D, and a certain amount of calcium, phosphorus, iron and other mineral substances. Although fish contains very low content of fat, however, the fatty acids contained in it have been proved to have the effect of lowering the blood sugar, protecting the heart, resisting against cancer, and so on. What's more, the vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus contained in fish are very effective in preventing osteoporosis.
It is true that fish is very beneficial to human health; however, it is not suitable for all kinds of people. Some people who suffer from certain diseases should not eat too much fish. Otherwise, it may aggravate their diseases and cause serious consequences to their body. Generally speaking, these are mainly the following four groups of people.
First, people who suffer from gout
Fish contains a large number of purine, while gout is just caused by the metabolism disorder of purine in the body, so people with such kind disease should not eat too much fish. Otherwise, it may make the disease much worse.Second, people with bleeding disorders, such as thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency, and so on.
Patients suffering from such kind of disease should eat less or do not eat any fish at all, because fish contains certain chemical substance, which may inhibit platelet aggregation, thereby increasing the bleeding disorders of the patients.Third, patients who suffer from liver cirrhosis.
When people suffer from liver cirrhosis, the body is difficult to produce clotting factor, combined with low platelets, so it is likely to cause bleeding. In such a case, if they eat sardine, herring, tuna, etc, it will make the disease deteriorate sharply.Fourth, people suffering from tuberculosis.
Tuberculosis patients have to take in isoniazide. If they eat certain fish at the same tine, it is likely to cause allergic reaction, which may lead to nausea, headache, skin flushing, conjunctival hyperemia, and so on. Much worse, it may cause palpitation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, breathing difficulty, or even high blood pressure and cerebral bleeding.
