was conducted, and the key chiral amine block could be
obtained without any loss of enantioselectivity. Furthermore, a
simple intramolecular DARA was successfully implemented, this
transformation provided an efficient enantioselective access to
chiral 3-substituted tetrahydroisoquinolines, which were of
great importance in natural products and biological active
molecules. Further investigation on DARA of other substrates is
in progress.
