0.1% Tween 20) and incubated with anti-p-tyr antibody (Cell
Signaling Technology), anti-Flt-1 goat polyclonal antibody (R&D
systems Inc.), anti-KDR rabbit polyclonal antibody (SantaCruz
Biotechnology Inc., Santa Cruz, CA, USA), and anti-actin mouse
monoclonal antibody (Abcam PLC., Cambridge, UK).
To analyze the phosphorylation of Flt-1, cell lysates were
immunoprecipitated with anti-Flt-1 rabbit polyclonal antibody (Santa
Cruz Biotechnology Inc.), and immune complexes were then
separated by SDS-PAGE gel and blotted with the antibodies described
above.
