α-L-Rhamnopyranosyl phosphates 8a-b ~ 12a-b were obtained in high yield and high stereoselectivity from α-L-rhamnopyranosyl trifluoroacetate 2a-b and phosphoric acid diesters in the presence of a Lewis acid.
