In the title compound, [Au(C8H4NO2)(C18H15P)], the AuPPh3 group is located at the amino group. The Au-N and Au-P bond lengths are 2.047 (3) and 2.2461 (11) A, respectively. In the crystal, indolinedione rings of two adjacent molecules related by an inversion centre have interplanar distances of 3.29 A. Two short intermolecular Au...C distances (3.351 and 3.555 A) are observed between the pairs of molecules.
