The reaction of P4 with 2 in the presence of leads to 4-P4)3> (Cp''=η⁵-C5H3^tBu2-1,3) (IUPAC formula 3(P_H-1κP¹,2κP²,3κP³)>(κ-P¹,P²,P³,P⁴)>>) as a final product.An X-ray structural study reveals a complex with a planar cyclo-P4 ligand capped by a Cp''Co unit.Three of the phosphorus atoms are also coordinated to groups.
