Figure 4. Effect on the activity of caspases: MCF-7 cells were treated with
5b, 5g, 5h and 5i at 2µM concentration for 24h. The lysates were harvested
and assayed for caspase-9 activity. Here compound 10 was used as positive
control. The caspase-9 activity in treated cells was compared with the results
