In summary, the heterojunction MASnI3/TiO2 composites are
successfully synthesized via a wet-chemical method. To the best of 18.
our knowledge, it could be the first report that MASnI3 applied in
photocatalytic area. Under light illumination, MASnI3/TiO2 materials
show a higher photocatalytic activity in the degradation of RhB than
pure MASnI3 and pure TiO2 due to the improved optical absorption 19.
and the reduced recombination of photogenerated electron-hole
pairs. Last but not least, the couple of the two components increase
the stability of heterostructured composite and avoid the hydrolysis
and oxidation of MASnI3 in atmosphere, which could be supposed 20.
to make full use of solar energy to practice in environmental
applications. Futhermore, it provides guidelines for organic-
inorganic halide perovskite solar cells to solve the instability of 21.
devices in atmosphere.
