Synthesis of a perfluorocarbon telomer derived from tris-(hydroxymethyl) 14C and 13C-acrylamidomethane

F₅TAC₅ a Perfluoroalkylated telomer, was labeled by ¹⁴C and ¹³C on the carbonyl group from acrylic acid 14C. The synthesis of this compound was performed via a five steps procedure. The labelling yield calculated from the precursor (Ba¹⁴ or ¹³CO2) is in the range of 25-30%.
