BackgroundAristolochic acid (AA) injuries remain a serious condition associated with acute renal dysfunction. Herein, the effect and mechanism of a novel tissue protective peptide, cyclic helical B-peptide (CHBP) derived from erythropoietin, were investigated in a mice model.
