Thermoanalytical studies carried out on complex salts Ag3[Cr(SCN)6], Tl3[Cr(SCN)6] and Hg3[Cr(SCN)6]2. On the basis of thermal analysis, and X-ray and chemical analyses of their decomposition products, schematic representations of the thermal decomposition reactions were established. From thermogravimetric curves, kinetic parameters were calculated using the methods of Coats—Redfern and Zsako. A comparison of the thermal stabilities of the compounds was made.
