Product Description of Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge

Generals about Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge:
The centrifuge we produce is a special equipment for separating the solid from the liquid. This machine has suitability for different well drilling procedure and high process capacity. It can separate out the ultra micro harmful solid-state grains in the mud. At the same time, the transporter blade in this machine is inlaid with hard alloy block that elongates its service life considerably.

Application about this machine:
This machine is used mainly for controlling the density and viscosity of the well drilling liquid, reducing the solid state content, removing harmful solid state or recovering heavy crystal, and performing second recovery in the bottom steam of the cyclone so as to guarantee the super characteristic of the well drilling liquid and heighten the well drilling speed.

Mounting operation & Maintenance:
1. Mount the centrifuge at the top of tank No. 3 far away from the suction port of the mud pump, may make new arrangement according to actual condition.
2. Make regular check on fasteners for any loose condition, and in each lube point for proper lube condition.
3. As for any centrifuge not operate for along period, should wash the cylinder and transporter. It is only when you are sure than no jam and blockage existing than you may start it.
4. Start the centrifuge, let is idle for 10~15 minutes, when you are sure that the centrifuge is running normally, and start the mud pump. Regulate the mud supply from less to more until it is proper.
5. If the viscosity of well drilling liquid is too high, then increase dilution water to reduce viscosity so as to speed up solid-state settlement and improve the process capacity of the centrifuge.
