Product Description of Reaction Kettle

Serviceable range:
The reaction kettle has extensive application in the fields of medicine, chemical engineering, foodstuff and light industry, used for hydration, neutralization, crystal, distill, evaporation and storage. It is also used as the prepare tank for the mini fermentation tank, it also could be design and manufacture according to the requirement of the customers.
Structure characteristics:
1. The material is SUS304\SUS304L\316L, it is made up by the main body, conventional jacket, outsourcing, with the blenderon the top of the tank.
2. The blender has anchor type, frame type, paddle type and turbo type, the rotational structure could adopt the cycloidal planetary gear speed reducer and the infinite variable speed reducer.
3. The dasher adopt the sanitation mechanical seal, the heat preservation adopt the polyurethane or pearl wool, the connector is the international standard flange, the surface is polishing, spray sand or unbleached inferior smooth type.
4. The heated and cooling structure is jacket type, semicanal type, and tubular type, the heating way is steam, electrical heating and conduction oil, so as to meet the need of acid resistant, stand fire, stand wear and tear and anticorrosion.
