However, they have not realized that such a habit is very unhealthy to human body. Experts point out that, improper supper may lead to five diseases.
1. High blood pressure:
Eating too much meat at supper not only will increase the burden on the stomach and intestines, but will also increase the blood pressure in the body. Besides, as the speed of blood flow will slow down during sleep, so a lot of blood will deposit on the vessel wall, thus leading to atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. Scientific evidence shows that, people who always eat meat or fish at supper are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure and obesity than those vegetarians.2. Cardiovascular diseases:
Compared with breakfast and lunch, we should eat less at supper. In general, the calories provided by the supper should not exceed 30% of the total calories during the whole day.
